Club memberships are useable by the named member only and subject to picture
verification.
Club payments are processed on the first business day of the month. Due to individual
bank procedures, the payment may appear a few days later on your statement.
Changing membership levels in your plan is effective immediately.
After minimum contract obligation is met, memberships continue on a month to
month basis until cancellation notice is submitted.

3 months per member's written request.
